She has closed transactions involving multifamily, retail, office, healthcare, condominium and timber properties. Dawn serves as primary outside counsel for a student housing developer with projects across the country, and she, along with the legal team she has assembled, coordinates all real estate acquisition, development and financing matters for that client.
