Prior to founding his own firm, David was an associate in the corporate and securities group at a large firm based in Nashville, where he practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity transactions, capital markets, and Securities and Exchange Act reporting and compliance. His legal experience spans a range of industries, from healthcare and manufacturing, to retail and technology.Clients value David’s meticulous attention to detail. He prides himself on being someone clients trust with anything – a responsibility he doesn’t take lightly.David graduated from Vanderbilt Law School, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. While in law school, he earned a certificate from Vanderbilt’s Law & Business Program and was awarded the Grace Wilson Sims Medal in Transnational Law. He received his bachelor’s in finance from Florida State University.David lives in his hometown of Jacksonville with his wife, Annie, and their three young children.
