David Rimock is a member of the Banking and Finance group at the Montréal office. He advises financial institutions and borrowers in connection with syndicated loans, project financing and other financial transactions, both in Canada and internationally.Prior to joining Fasken, David played a leading role in the development of a Montreal-based startup offering online payment solutions. David holds civil and common law degrees from the Université de Montréal, during which time he clerked at the Quebec Court of Appeal, as well as a Bachelor's degree from McGill University. Prior to being called to the Bar, David worked as a student and articled at an international law firm.
