Darbie’s experience includes the general representation of start-up and existing companies, stock, real estate and asset acquisitions and dispositions, exploitation and protection of intellectual property rights, and non-competition restrictions.Darbie also provides her transactional proficiency and business acumen to clients in the entertainment industry.
