Dan is primarily a “hospitality lawyer” and focuses on representing hotel owners, developers, lenders and managers in all aspects of hotel ownership, management, development and financing. He has written or spoken extensively on a variety of legal and hotel-related topics including hotel franchise agreements, management agreements, joint venture documentation and hotel acquisition negotiation strategies. Dan is the co-founder and former President of the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance, an approximately 300 member Atlanta-based professional development and networking group that meets quarterly to socialize and discuss hospitality industry trends and developments.
