With over a decade of experience, Daniel Kiefer is a Partner in our firm's Trust and Estate Litigation department. His expertise spans a wide range of complex litigations including will contests, beneficiary disputes, estate and trust matters, real estate disputes involving quiet title, slander of title, partition, and challenges to transfer documents/deeds.

Prior to his role at Lee Kiefer & Park LLP, Daniel worked at The Rushforth Firm, Ltd., where he handled hundreds of estate and trust matters. He also had a stint at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, LLP where he dealt with civil litigation and bankruptcy cases for diverse clients including gaming companies, financial institutions, investors, and small business owners.
