Daniel focuses his practice on complex business tort, and healthcare litigation. He has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts on a wide variety of issues, including first-and third-party insurance coverage disputes, catastrophic injuries, industrial accidents, automobile claims, and premises liability. Daniel has taken multiple cases to verdict as lead trial counsel.Daniel’s background also includes substantial public-sector service. Before beginning his legal career, he served as a combat medic in Iraq in support of the Global War on Terrorism. During law school, he interned with the Office of the Chief Counsel at NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center. After graduating, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he worked in the misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile divisions.
