Dan's practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in a wide range of corporate, finance, contract and tax-related matters. His work spans entity formation, business and shareholder planning, as well as the negotiation and drafting of virtually every type of commercial contract.In addition to these areas, Dan's practice includes advising clients in a variety of corporate finance transactions. This portion of Dan's practice focuses on secured financings, inventory financing arrangements, and other types of credit facilities.Dan has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 1993 and served as the firm's recruiting chairperson from 1998 to 2005. Dan is a member of the firm's board of directors and serves as the firm's Director of Administration. Dan was named Omaha's "Corporate Lawyer of the Year" for 2013 and "Tax Lawyer of the Year" for 2020.
