Dallin Holt is Of Counsel at Holtzman Vogel with a primary focus on redistricting, First Amendment, election-related litigation and appeals, and TCPA compliance and litigation.Prior to joining the firm, Dallin worked as a litigation associate in Midland and Dallas, Texas, and also as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Waco, Texas. In these positions, he tried over a hundred cases to final verdict/judgment.Before law school, Dallin spent several years as a political communications consultant working with candidates and campaigns for local, state, and federal office. He has also served as an intern for the George W. Bush White House, Governor Jon M. Huntsman, and the Utah Legislature.While in law school, Dallin served as a clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Jeffrey C. Manske of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
