As a Gulf War veteran, Chris was stationed near the Iraqi border in King Khalid Military City, performing significant duties in the operating room to aid wounded soldiers—a testament to his dedication and resilience.Following his return from Saudi Arabia, Chris pursued higher education at Midlands Technical College. There, he demonstrated an exceptional work ethic, earning transfer credits to attend Howard University. Chris excelled academically and contributed to campus life as a student ambassador and Chapel usher at the historic Andrew Rankin Chapel.
