She also works closely with the firm’s infrastructure team on public/private partnership matters.Christina has particular depth representing industrial developers and owners in the development and financing of new projects, as well as handling the acquisition, financing and disposition of existing projects. Her clients, including one of the largest U.S. industrial owners and developers, trust her to handle all aspects of their transactions, including the negotiation, preparation and review of purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal agreements, related loan documentation, municipal incentives and tax advantageous structuring.
