Christen regularly represents Provident Resources Group (Provident), a national nonprofit organization that undertakes projects and partnerships designed to promote education, health, and other charitable purposes. Most recently, she represented Provident’s subsidiaries in closing on a series of financings to expand and improve on-campus student housing at the University of Washington, Tufts University, and Palm Beach Atlantic University. In these types of transactions, the subsidiaries serve as nonprofit borrower to finance the development and/or acquisition and construction of the properties.

Christen is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
