Town of Newton, 480 U.S. 386 (1987), which is the seminal case on police “release-dismissal” practices in the United States.He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and University of Baltimore School of Law.Charlie is admitted in New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
