Beyond contract negotiations, he provided comprehensive legal counsel on daily operational and legal matters, including rigorous subcontractor pre-qualification processes, detailed risk assessments, comprehensive claims analysis, and proactive measures to mitigate subcontractor defaults. Carter’s litigation expertise extends across a broad spectrum of construction law matters, including breach of contract claims, mechanic’s liens, delay damages, defective work claims, and payment disputes.
