Celebrating the 100th anniversary year, Carl was elected as Secretary of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Family Law Section. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Widener School of Law – Delaware campus teaching litigation and led Continuing Legal Education courses in family law matters including custody, protection from abuse, and representing unwilling minors as a guardian ad litem.
