About Caitlin
Caitlin is a partner and co-leads Fasken’s national Private Equity Group. Her practice focuses on private equity investments (LBOs and minority positions), large cross-border M&A, IPOs and privatizations.Caitlin works closely with a variety of private equity funds and their portfolio companies in M&A, governance matters and day to day servicing. She also regularly acts on behalf of public companies and underwriters in going public transactions, equity offerings and general securities matters.Caitlin is an active member and regular speaker at the American Bar Association’s Mergers & Acquisitions Committee and a key member of Fasken’s U.S. and International Practice initiatives.
