About Caitlin
Caitlin W. Ehman has a general civil litigation practice. She has appeared in Small Claims Court, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and has acted as counsel in a broad variety of matters relating to labour and employment, contractual disputes, and personal injury.Caitlin received her JD from the University of Victoria in 2017. During law school, she participated in the Law Centre clinical program, competed in the Wilson Moot, and worked at the Ministry of Justice and Hunter Litigation Chambers. Following graduation, she clerked for the Honourable Mr. Justice Phelan of the Federal Court before returning to Hunter Litigation Chambers for her articles, and joined the firm as an associate in 2019.Prior to law school, Caitlin taught in public and private schools in Vancouver.
