He regularly advises clients on contractual issues, related to, for example, commercial leases, business or service contracts, distribution contracts and shareholders agreement.Mr. Verdon has been Head of Practice Litigation and Conflict Resolution and is also responsible of Lavery’s Conflict of interests Management Committee to 2014 till 2019.
