About Brittany
Brittany is a graduate of Princeton University and of the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she was Editor-In-Chief of the Washington University Law Review. Prior to law school, Brittany worked as an Investigative Analyst at the New York District Attorney’s Office, where she aided in the Office’s landmark prosecution of NYPD and FDNY officers who made false claims for social security disability benefits related to 9/11.Following law school, Brittany clerked for the Honorable Duane Benton on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. After her clerkship, Brittany was an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City, where she obtained experience defending large corporate clients in high-profile, high-stakes litigation, including one of the largest personal injury actions in United States history.Alongside her husband Andrew, Brittany joined Robb & Robb LLC in 2020. At Robb & Robb, Brittany practices aviation law, personal injury, including wrongful death, transportation accidents, as well as hazardous products.
