Brian J. Sherr is Managing Shareholder Emeritus of the firm's Fort Lauderdale Office. Brian practices law in the areas of real estate, residential and commercial development, acquisitions, condominiums, development, acquisitions, complex negotiations, dispositions, partnerships and joint ventures, disputes, workouts, and transactional law. Brian served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is also a former Chairman of the Real Property Section of the Broward County Bar Association. He is a former board member of the Florida Atlantic University Foundation; past president of the Jewish Federation of Greater Fort Lauderdale; former board member of the Broward Center for the Performing Arts; former member of the Board of Governors for the Museum of Art in Fort Lauderdale and past president of Jewish Family Service of Broward County.
