Brenda Goerks’ broad real estate practice focuses on local and national transactions for foreign and domestic clients in the acquisition, sale, financing, development, management, operation, and leasing of real estate including automotive dealerships, agricultural, luxury homes, privately developed prison and correctional facilities, waste services, warehouse, hotel, mixed-use, and condominium properties. Brenda also serves as local counsel in connection with Florida acquisition, sale, and financing transactions. Her representation of domestic and foreign luxury home purchasers and sellers includes advising with respect to entity formation and the negotiation of financing in connection therewith. Additional experience includes the representation of clients nationally in connection with corporate asset and merger purchase and sale transactions with real estate components; the representation of institutional lenders in connection with construction lending, acquisition financing, commercial retail facilities, and loan modification and work-outs; the acquisition, diligence, and financing of vacant land; and the representation of clients in connection with real estate title insurance and development related matters.
