I am an attorney - but I am a person first. I represent sons and daughters, husbands and wives, mothers and fathers. I represent people with a story to tell. People who are falsely accused or over-charged. My passion is to find their narrative that exonerates or mitigates criminal charges that have been filed against them. I know that use and abuse of drugs and alcohol contribute to 90% of the problems facing my clients. I know that many of my clients have mental health or emotional wellness issues that need addressed and explained to the court. I have spent the last two decades working with counselors, psychologists, medical doctors and treatment facilities,to help people with both the legal and emotional fallout of being charged with a crime. I understand people and what drives them; families and what motivates them; courts and what sways them. I am listed among the top 1% of lawyers in the country and among the top fifty lawyers in Columbus.I am proud of that. I am a husband, a father to four, and an only son to one. And a dog lover. I recognize that well-meaning people can sometimes take a wrong turn in life and have trouble finding their way back. I am pragmatic. I've seen it all.And I have the tools, the knowledge and the experience to help.
