In the course of such mandates, he advised his clients on all aspects of real estate law, developing a particular expertise with respect to joint ventures, co-ownerships, superficies and emphyteusis.As an important part of his clientele is foreign, he has been involved in the design and implementation of various cross-border investment structures, including the constitution and organization of various Canadian and foreign investment vehicles.
