Bertrand COSTE joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 1988, in the Nantes office where he practices to this day.He holds an LLB and a master's degree in Business Law from University of Rennes (DJCE). Bertrad COSTE works in company law and mergers and acquisitions, including the tax aspects. He regularly advises medium-size, family-owned corporate clients, in connection with all issues relating to their business and strategic development.He also acts as counsel to several banks for structured finance transactions, in particular acquisition finance.
