Baylee is a member of the firm’s Insolvency & Restructuring and Litigation & Dispute Resolution groups. She represents lenders, debtors, receivers, and bankruptcy trustees in receiverships, foreclosures, and proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.In addition to her insolvency practice, Baylee maintains a broad commercial litigation practice and has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia.
