About Antonio
Antonio Nadaira is a talented tax and business lawyer who focuses his practice on domestic and international taxation with an emphasis on corporate reorganizations, sale and acquisition, and estate planning. Antonio joined BCF in 2012, before which he was with a major national law firm where he practiced taxation and business law. He is a member of the firm's Taxation and Wealth Protection group. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2008, Antonio also holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from HEC Montréal. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Fiscal and Financial Planning Association (APFF).
