Ann Carol Farmer’s practice focuses on commercial lending, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. She serves as counsel to financial institutions and borrowers on a variety of lending matters, including private lender financing arrangements. In real estate, Ms. Farmer regularly advises clients on commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, title matters, restrictive covenants, and easement agreements. She also works with clients on both equity and asset acquisitions and dispositions by advising on diligence matters and purchase agreement negotiations. She is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Banking and Finance Law, Corporate Law, and Real Estate Law. A graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, she earned her J.D. and Business Law Certificate, magna cum laude.
