Angela leads the firm’s Fund Investments & Asset Management Group and has more than two decades of experience advising Canadian asset managers and institutional investors on fund structuring, formation, and investment activities across all asset classes, both domestically and internationally.Within her fund investments practice, Angela diligences and negotiates separately managed account agreements, pooled fund investments, secondary acquisitions, co-investments and direct investments on behalf of a diverse range of institutional investors. She is a trusted advisor to public and private sector pension plans, benefit plans, university and indigenous endowment funds, family offices and charitable foundations situated throughout Canada.Angela’s corporate finance and securities practice involves assisting clients with the formation, management and operation of mutual funds, alternative funds, mortgage investment corporations and other investment vehicles, and the offering of their securities in public offerings and private placement transactions.
