She represents Canadian and foreign banks and other financial institutions, large lending syndicates, corporate debtors and public authorities.Angela advises clients in a wide array of industries on corporate and commercial financing, capital markets, private placements, project development and financing, public and private take-overs, asset acquisitions, asset financing and leasing. She structures, negotiates, documents, finalizes and manages all aspects of these financing transactions, including leading the teams required to close them.Angela also has experience in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions as well as debt restructuring.
