Mr. Dixon has significant experience in employment law, including securing pre-trial dismissals of claims and defending charges before administrative agencies. He also regularly litigates real estate disputes, representing commercial property owners and individual landowners in matters involving land use and ownership rights. He is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Commercial Litigation.Mr. Dixon regularly advises and represents government entities—including a suburban improvement district and public libraries—in matters involving contractual and property rights, as well as matters related to First Amendment compliance and the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
