He represents major investment banks and multinational corporations in the energy, metallurgy, telecommunications, construction, logistics, and outsourcing sectors in highly complex and institutionally significant disputes. He also represents Leite, Tosto e Barros and its clients before the Superior Labor Court (TST) in Repetitive Appeal Incidents and other precedent-setting cases, acting in the capacity of amicus curiae.
