Ana B. Rosado-Frontanés is of counsel in the San Juan, Puerto Rico, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ana provides legal counsel regarding all aspects of labor and employment matters and litigates before all state, federal, administrative and local forums.Ana began her legal career as a corporate lawyer in a New York law firm. After two years practicing corporate law, she shifted gears and began practicing employment law, drawn to the human aspects involved in employment law issues and cases. Ana enjoys getting to know her clients and learning about their businesses so that she can be both an effective advisor as well as an effective litigator, equipped with the knowledge needed to ask the right questions and search for the right evidence. She strives to provide sound legal advice that is also practical.Ana has experience providing advice to clients across different industries and collaborating with them to minimize compliance risks, address workplace issues and be in the best position possible to successfully defend against legal claims that inevitably arise. Ana also regularly provides training to supervisors, managers and human resources personnel on employment law issues.
