After graduating cum laude from Wake Forest University, she pursued her legal education at the University of Florida College of Law, where she not only graduated with honors but was also initiated into the Order of the Coif, an honor society for law students.
Her educational journey culminated in a successful career as a Commissioner for the Fairfax Human Rights Commission for seven years, during which she demonstrated her commitment to fostering equitable and inclusive environments.
