In the spring of 2014, Mr. Shah became a certified specialist in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation by the PA Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the PA Supreme Court. He was also a speaker at the Continuing Legal Education program titled “Workers’ Compensation Issues Involving the Large Employer” in 2011.
Before joining Martin Law LLC, Mr. Shah served as an associate with a boutique defense firm handling workers' compensation litigation in Pennsylvania and previously served as a legal intern in immigration at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in 2001 and his law degree from Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of the Minority Law Student Association.
