Through my broad market experience and knowledge of their business, I help our clients grow their business in an ever-changing and challenging environment, helping them to manage and respond to the needs of their customers and investors while minimizing risk.My experience includes representing clients in the initial engagement, administration (including dispute resolution), and unwinding of collateralized loan and debt obligations, structured finance (ABS and MBS), and alternative financing vehicles, as well as on corporate debt, loan agency, and custodial arrangement matters.I offer creative approaches to resolving conflicts and minimizing risk. Most recently, I focused on advising trustees of RMBS securitizations in connection with loan repurchase enforcement actions, litigation, and related investor relationships. I am also assisting clients in planning for the transition from Libor—including focusing on legacy deals and monitoring regulatory and market responses to alternatives.
