About Alexis
Alexis CHABERT is co-head of the LYON office’s Business litigation Department.A specialist in legal proceedings applied to commercial litigation, he has developed solid experience in conflicts between partners, liability of company directors, unfair competition, compliant delivery, defective equipment, etc.He has also developed particular expertise in criminal business law to assist company directors who are victims of crime (fraud, breach of trust, forgery and use of forgeries, etc.) and defend them personally for complex financial infractions.He works in both English and French.Alexis CHABERT has a master’s degree in Business Law and a DESS postgraduate qualification in Community Business Law from LYON III University.He joined the Lyon office of DELSOL Avocats in 2007, where he works closely with the Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions Department.Alexis CHABERT is also a member of the Bar Council and Chairman of the LYON Bar’s Future of Legal Practice Committee. In that role, he is responsible for the LYON Bar’s incubator and works actively for the emergence of legal tech and implementation of new digital tools to improve law firms’ performance.He was elected by his peers as one of the Lawyers of the Year 2021 in the category "Litigation" by Best Lawyers (in partnership with Les Echos).
