About Alexander
Alexander Crisp practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists domestic and international clients with corporate governance, continuous disclosure, due diligence and general corporate matters. Prior to his articles, Alexander completed a summer assignment with the Canadian Institute of Resources Law in Calgary and was engaged in legal research. Alexander completed a summer assignment with us in 2019.
