I am a licensed lawyer to register insurance contracts in Mexico. That means that I draft insurance contracts from scratch, according to insurers needs along with the reinsurers’ policies so the contract covers risks from the insurer, cedent and retrocedent.The added value of my work is my contentious view.I also advise clients regarding liability contingencies in Mexico and non-Common Law countries in Latin America.My experience in contentious matters is wide. I have been litigating insurance and reinsurance cases always, including complex litigations settlement.In the corporate field, I lead a proactive team that have incorporated insurers in Mexico.My achievements: I have advised the International Development Bank in insurance matters for green credits. I developed the Bank-Insurance system to Banca Serfin, today Banco Santander. I have participated in the most complex insurance cases in Mexico.My studies: I have Postgraduate Studies by: Universidad Panamericana (Amparo, Commercial Law, Civil Law, American Law and IP Law).
