He obtained a $54,000,000 judgment for sexual abuse and successfully represented the client in the related insurance bad faith litigation in Bell et al. v. ATH Holding Company, LLC et al.. Additionally, he secured a one-million-dollar settlement against a for-profit college in a False Claims Act claim (Obtained several settlements very favorable to employer-clients). In employment law matters, Aaron successfully represented both employers and employees in claims involving race, sex, disability, and national origin discrimination, sexual harassment, the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), non-competition agreements, and the False Claims Act.
Notable cases include obtaining summary judgment for clients in an employment action brought against the Ray County Board of Services and three of its employees (Obtained summary judgment for clients Guido v. Ray County Bd. of Services). He also obtained a $23.65 million settlement after prevailing in summary judgment proceedings, defending the clients' favorable judgment on appeal (Bell et al. v. ATH Holding Company, LLC et al.).
