It has never been our goal to be the largest firm in the DC metropolitan area; however, it has always been our goal to be known for outstanding work.
Over the past 40 years, I have had the opportunity to act as general counsel to a wealth of companies. I’ve been able to help clients tackle challenges and grow their businesses, building many long-lasting relationships along the way.
I have core strengths that focus on business, including employment law, mergers, sales and acquisitions, transactions, entity advice, business planning, and protection of intellectual property assets.
